Practical Information

 

  • Feel free to spread this around. If you inform the media please let us know this in advance. You can register here in the home page.

 

  • There will be limited poster stands (portrait, 80 cm wide and 100 m long) if you wish to put up posters.

 

  • Arrange for your own accommodation. The venue is within walking distance from most hotels in Uppsala.

 

  • No lunch or meal is included. Refreshments will be provided during the breaks.

 

  • Drinks and snacks will be available during the mingling time (first day) for purchase.

 

  • Those of you arriving before lunch; we will leave to EBC restaurant around 11:40 from Geocentrum. No plan for the dinner but perhaps you can arrange among your colleagues.
